I’m Itai Arvatz, founder of Arvatz Academy, and my mission is to help people take control of their lives, both in and out of the gym.​ I know that the key to living a healthy, more fulfilling life includes regular exercise.​ And I know that you know this too.​ And it’s okay... I’ve been where you are.​ I know what it’s like to feel lost, stuck, or unsure of how to start, or what to do next.

My Story
My own journey wasn’t always smooth. In 2021, I left a thriving career as an estate agent to help my dad start a business overseas. But soon, I found myself stuck in a job I hated, living in a place I didn’t want to be.

Instead of taking ownership of my decision, I blamed everything and everyone else. That mindset led me into one of the toughest periods of my life.​
​
But through all of it, I had one constant: training. I committed to eating well, training hard, and pushing myself every single day.
​
The result? I got into the best shape of my life. But more importantly, I learned something far more valuable: discipline, resilience, and, above all, accountability.​
​
At first, it was just accountability for my body, how I looked, how I felt. But over time, that same mindset changed my entire outlook.

I stopped blaming my dad.
I stopped blaming my circumstances.
I took ownership of my choices.
And that changed everything.
